Your 2 weeks of unlimited classes begins on the day of your first class.

    • Arrive 8 mins before class starts to set yourself up for an optimal experience. You’ll receive a tour of the machine and the studio, as well as an explanation of the workout. If you don’t arrive in time, you may be asked to reschedule. Your safety is a priority for us.

    • Prepare your mindset for the challenge. Your body will be pushed to its limit. When performed correctly, the workout will bring your muscles to the point of failure. We celebrate failure at APEX. Unleash your strength, reach your peak at APEX.

    • Bring a water bottle (fountain for refills available).

    • Download our app (for Apple or Android) to pre-register and secure your machine.

    • At class start time, if not all pre-registered students are present, waitlisted students may enter in order of the waitlist roster. The teacher will walk back with the waitlisted students to start the class at start time.

    • If you are running late, please text the studio, and we will do our absolute best to save your spot. 5 mins past class start time, no one will be permitted to enter the class, even if you have called ahead.

    • Check in with your scan tag at the front desk.

    • Complete your new student waiver.

    • Arrive early! Students will not be permitted to enter class past 5 minutes after class start time.

    • Meet your teacher and notify them of any injuries.

    • Plan to stay the entire class.

    • Please no shoes in the APEX room. Store your shoes in the cubbies or the locker rooms.

    • Grip socks are required to practice. Feel free to purchase a pair at the retail boutique.

    • We have high-quality APEX grip socks for purchase at the front desk.

    • Wear form fitting athletic attire. Tie hair back for safety around springs.

  • You will be prompted to complete your profile with your personal information. Billing information is required at all locations to book.

  • From the home screen select "Book" in the bottom bar of your app. Search for the class you want to attend, click "Book" to the right and select "3 Classes for $30”.

  • Bring a water bottle, (fountain for refills available), hand towel, and grip socks. Grip socks are required for class. Feel free to bring your own or purchase high quality grip socks at the front desk.

  • Please wear athletic attire of any sort.

  • Get your APEX 2.0 app ready for check in, tap the icon in the top right corner of your home screen to view your scan tag to use for check in. Meet your teacher, notify them of any injuries, and get a tour through the studio space. Leave your belongings in the cubbies in the lobby. No shoes in the APEX room please.

  • Billing information is required on file to book any class due to our late cancel and no show penalties.

  • Buy today! The clock does not start on your 2 weeks until after your 1st visit on that package.

  • We have a lot of movement on our waitlist, so check the app to see your place in line.

  • Rental Fees:

    • No, we do not have rental items.

    • We do have grip socks, hand towels, and reusable water bottles for purchase.

  • Yes, you have a hands on consent magnet on your machine to communicate your preferences with your teacher. Ensure the magnet reflects how you feel today, and if needed swap to the alternate magnet below to change your mind at any time.

  • If you are pre-registered for class, and you do not cancel at least 8 hours prior to class start time, you will be charged a $15 late cancel fee.

    If you are pre-registered for a class, and you do not come to class, you will be charged a $30 no show fee.

    There is a one time forgiveness on both policies because sometimes you oversleep your alarm or hit traffic. We get it. And we got you. Just once though.

  • Be sure to use our APEX 2.0 app for Apple or Android. Ensure you have your MBO profile set up to receive all text and email notifications. Waitlisted students should plan to attend class.

    Outside the 8 hour window, you will be added to the roster in order of your number on the waitlist and sent a confirmation email. MBO will not send a text to notify you. You will still have the option to early cancel outside the 8 hour window, so set a reminder to check if you have been added to the class. When added to class from the waitlist, late cancel and no show policies apply. This includes if you register for multiple waitlists and get into multiple classes, regardless of whether you are added inside or outside of the 8 hour window; even if you are added overnight.

    Inside 8 hours, open mat spots are 1st come 1st serve. If you are on the waitlist inside the 8 hour window you will receive a text notification from the APEX 2.0 app that a spot in class is available. You must open your app and secure your spot as they are 1st come 1st serve. If your app says “Pending,” the open spot has already been claimed by another student.

  • No, we have a single stall bathroom to change, but we do not have showers.
